Problem in file uploading after picking up file

Dear Kodular Experts

I tried to pick up file from the gallery and upload it after encoding it to base64 and post to my php script in order to make a file out of it , but sadly it keep showing runtime error can you please help me where is the problem ?

Result URI doesn’t return the file path..It returns the URI of the file..To get the file path use taifun file by @taifun extension or file tools extension by @vknow360..
