Problem with onesignal

Hi Everybody
i’m beginner user . I would like in my first app use it component - onesignal.

in my app i add Push_Notifications1 and wrote id onesignal app. When i send test message from website onesignal is ok but i send for example 10 phones with install my app and this phones are saw in “Segments” - messages are only in 3 max. 4 phones - why ?

Each phone have the same app.
