Push notification in one signal

is the push notification in OneSignal dont work anymore? I have this error

and i follow all the instructions. I actually did this before and it works, but suddenly didnt.

There is an Bug in Kodular with the Google Play Services and you can’t get notifications on your Devices.

There are a few Topics about it but no good fix or Bug tracker.
