Good morning, I tried to send notifications to an app test. It works in OnePlus, android 7.1.1 (without antivirus and doze) but in kindle fire (5.1.1) when i close app, notifications are NOT received, ONLY function if i open the app, and remain opened. How do I have to solve it? thanks
Push Notifications currently don’t work on devices which do not have Google Play Services installed. That’s why your Amazon Kindle device is not able to get notifications in the background.
in my Kindle I had already installed playstore and all other notifications of other apps running regularly in the background, however after two hours the notifications have arrived, there was a malfunction of the site onesignal. So I confirm that even on kindle with installed gapps everything is OK, thank you for your work!
