Which Android version is this?
For newer Android versions these permissions do not exist anymore

You might want to elaborate, why you think you need that permissions

I am making a APP in wich user can select his profile picture but for selection of Profile Picture READ permission is necessary. In some Mobaile Phone Photo select Automatically and in some requair Permission.

If api level < 33
Then Ask for READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission
Else Ask for RSAD_MEDIA_IMAGES permission
