Hello Everyone 
I check my app with app permissions app and its require read External Storage Permission but app is working fine without permission is it’s necessary to ask for read external storage permission at the start or just leave it … answer according to play store policy
On all Android versions?
Feel free to modify the manifest… you can find a guide after doing a search in the community…
