I developed this app since 2020 it is live on play store, and play store has published it to many other sites, if you download it from playstore it shows ads, but when you download it from app pure or any other app store it said, ads needs approval, I requested for approval, but got an error message that the app isn’t suitable for monetization.
Google Play never publishes your app on any other platform. It’s been listed by those website owners.
