Rewarded ad not working

Why rewarded ad not loading ? ( App is on playstore )

rewarded Ads are not working since long time.

I have the same issue with Code 3 as an error in Ad Manager

My also Ad manager rewarded ads are not loading in app. Kodular plz fix it or please help us.
