Not satisfied. One solution but link not available anymore
Using Image Editor, corner blocks not working

Expected to happen
Create rounded corner image in an image component. toimporve UI, instead of its normal shape SQUARE, expecting to also round corner feature.,

What you want…I you want rounded corners then you can enable iscard & circle iscard options in arrangements…

There is a better way in my opinion:

Use cardview
set all paddings to 0
put image component inside it

And the result:
