Run time error is showing

I am facing a problem or runtime error when i start my app. It says runtime error attempt to revoke… Etc please help me

If error occurs while program strarting it means that problem is in the Screen1

Are you sure that screen names are correct? İyou should know that it is case sensitive.
And second issue is that you havent used correct blocks for screen change.
