Yes, it is possible.

You can use SmoothScrollTo or SmoothScrollBy.
Also you can specify animation speed using VSmoothScrollSpeed property.

But that only scrolls using the ext. What I want is to apply the smooth effect on the vsa itself so the user feel smoothness when scrolling by themselves. Like YouTube fb etc.

That extension is different than what I’m asking. Maybe I should ask @yusufcihan it he can include smooth scroll in his dynamic components ext.
