Send notification to a particular user

How to send notification to a particular user, I have seen before in this forum there are numerous guides available to send notification to all the users who installed app but I want to send to a particular user so any ideas?

Hello! and welcome!!! I use this extension to send Push Notification to only one User

and I get the PlayerId with Component built in Kodular Push Notification
