Send Text from app to website Text Box and then enter and get Download Link from the Website to download the File in My app.

I want to make a app from where my user will send some text or Links to the website I’ll provide and then click on some buttons and afterwards the website will return the Link which it has generated. The link may be of any file for Downloading. And then I will download that file from Download Component in my app. please help me with this how can I do this?
