By sharing the link of app published on play store on facebook, can ads limit be applied on admob? Or could it make a difference on the play console?

Simple Answer is Yes Especially in Admob because it is counted as invalid traffic if your major traffic comes from social media or any other third party platform.

And In play console it affects the organic ranking factors maintain the ratio of atleast 10-30% for play console
