Small hover bug

Hi,

I noticed a small bug on the buttons at the top where the donation, language switcher buttons are located.

When you hover over the Projects, Community, Docs and Donate, you will see a hover text with the names of the buttons. But the Translate and the Account button don’t seem to have this.

Is this a bug?

The buttons without the hover text also don’t have the same ripple effect with the others.

If you have noticed, the buttons without tooltips or ripples are drop-downs.
We’re still working on adding material styles to drop-down buttons.
