i founded this snippets is code at post #3 on that link
TYPE_WINDOW_STATE_CHANGED
the above event will be triggered when you open new activity or window,
extension will return activtiy window and this can be use with background extension in foreground mode
If you want to just listen foreground app change event then count me in.
if this work like this ???
like this game booster detect the game opened by user
that game booster is running in foreground mode and it use high level permissions which granted by me
