Yes, once the Sound_Sensor is set to true, you can no longer set it to false unless you reload the screen (and previously set “false” in the designer).
Note: If Sound-Sensor.Listen is set to true in the Designer, it’s also not possible to set it to false in the Screen.Initialize block. So if you want to have any chance to set it to false again, you have to set it to false in the Designer:
