TextBox-like money amount please help

I would like to know if someone knows how to make in a text box type a number, lets say an amount of money and it first off starts from right to left, then the first 2 digits typed are decimals and after those 2 first digits typed there is going to be a comma, regardless of the length of the text like

if someone types = 9999
it will turn it into = 99,99

and with any length like

99999999 = 999999,99
9999999 = 99999,99
999999 = 9999,99
9999 = 99,99
999 = 9,99
99 = 0,99
9 = 0,09
