They are not even responding to premium users i got premium account and they dont even provide me premium user badge.
Go to Preferences > Account and check to see what it says under title.
If the current selection is “(none)” then change it to “Premium User” or whatever the title is.

I can’t give you a link because it’s specific to my account.
The title section is there for you, you’re probably not looking in the right place.
When you go to Preferences > Account the Title dropdown is halfway down the page, underneath your name. I’m not going to post screenshots as I want to keep that info private.

Its not there for me so, i changed my name 
to Premium user
If you are referring to the Title dropdown box then it is there, you just have no idea what you are doing.
Click on the Account button (above Security). It should bring up a new screen.

If i click that button nothing happens same page remains.

You are not a member of any groups and thereby not visible for you
