Top navigation, like bottom navigation

I know you can get bottom navigation.

Is there something similar for top navigation? In other words a bar at the top where I can put several icons?

The only thing I can think of is Page Viewer but I wonder if there’s another component.

I know I can create a horizontal arrangement and put buttons in it with images on their backgrounds. But I want to know if there is a component availablbe.
