Traffic blocked in FAN in my application

Hi,
i face some problem in my Facebook audience network.They blocked my app bundle for policy violation.
Here is the FAN notice:-

Computer AZ keyboard Shortcut in Computer Keyboard AZ Shortcut: Traffic blocked due to policy violation.

We detected artificial or poor quality clicks, impressions or conversions.

Make changes to your app to prevent the following:

  • Artificial traffic

  • Accidental ad clicks

  • Encouraged or rewarded clicks

  • Manipulated ad targeting

Can anyone help me how can i improve my application and remove above notice for appeal.
