You shouldn’t be publishing a movies app anywhere unless you have permission to do so.
You will get a direct copyright strike on your console. Please don’t do this.
It you will publish not authorized content you won’t get approval to use ad manager probably.
And admob / admob doesn’t allow this kind of content either.
Which ad network accepts it? I don’t know.
