I have the same app as yours but was rejected due to that feature where in they can listen while the screen is off. Against YouTube policy .
However that was the main feature of my app. To listen YT music while the screen is off.
it is nott allowed for google if the app does not stop the stream your app will be rejected
Yes I think it’s a webview redirecting to https://anyaudio.in/, because check mobile version of that website it’s exactly same
