Unable to change notifier background color?

I’m not able to change background color in notifier, it still shows background color.

Because you set a color after the dialog is already shown.
Change the blocks order

but when i set background color to none it doesn’t change. it either shows white color(light mode one) or dark grey color. @Mika

Are you using Default Notifier or Custom Notifier?
