My App is Approved for Monetization after that according to kodular docs When i goto payments page and click on Sign up for Google Ad manger Account to request for Child account page only reloads please help me to fix this issue kodular staff

why no one replies 5 to 6 times i mention this issue no one replies from helps community my app have more then 500 active users day by day i m getting lost any can tell me how fix unable to sugn up for google ad manager account Issue.
