Well if you want the developers do something for you why donā€™t you tell what error you get?

Thereā€™s actually a cheat to make it work:

Just hit ā€œCancelā€ when the Error Reporting alert appears, and after several times it will be connected

the same problem I got that everyone is facing while USB tasting. when we try to connect via USB a new popup window comes and shows report a bug

I use Linux not Windows.

I had the same problem then i figured out that I had to use the new version of the starter which is no longer an execuble but a py file
Maybe thatā€™s your problem too
