Use External Scanner

Hi There,

I Created Apps using barcode scanner with mobile phone camera and the app succeed. But I need to change the barcode scanner by Use External scanner then I checked the box and I try to connect with external scanner but the app doesn’t work it say the device…not installed.

Please, how to solve the problem

Why do you need to use an external scanner?
The native one works well :grin:

EDIT: I forgot to tell you that not all the apps you find on the store are compatible.
