I have a PKR (Pakistani Rupee) account, but kodular ask here put USD Account.
Can I use my PKR account to receive payments in USD or EUR?
Do I need to open a separate USD account (e.g., via a bank) for these transactions?

If your bank supports receiving funds in USD, you can. They will convert it to PKR.
As an alternative, you may open a Payoneer or Wise account. They will provide you with some EUR account, to which we can send the funds, and then you can convert it and send it your bank.
This option is usually cheaper, as you will get better FX rates, and also lower transaction fees as our transfer will be a local one rather than international.
