Video Sound Not coming in some devices but same video have sound in other devices.

For example sound is available in my oppo A9 and not coming in oppo F5
please help me for my video app , i am loading videos from url…
please HELP

I did , i want a new video player extension in which user can play ac3 audio file … If anybody make that for me i will pay him …
