See the second alert, Why does it means it’s. Actually it should show 4 hours ago I think so it is a bug sometimes it’s shows moments there.
@avmcreators02 Dear I am using your extension in other platform for testing, I saw the icon. May be icon should be 16*16.
It’s looking so big icon in other platform. You need to change your icon size.

Example :- 2 hours ago → 2 h
1 minute ago → 1 m
2 seconds ago → 2 s
1 year ago → 1 y
