Voice based notifier

Hi, i want to add a notifier where it accepts voice inputs instead of a choose input. Is there a way to do this. Hindsight I also want to add text to voice notifier where when the prompt shows the voice will read out the text from the prompt.

Here is way to archive that
but make sure it’s works if application is open

  1. Media > Speach Recognizer
    . To Get Text From Voice Input
  2. Media > Text To Speach
    . To Read Out Ther Provided Text
