For me I’m a ProKoder. ProKoders have a wrench to make their Topic/Replies into Wikis so others can edit them to add more or fix errors.

But I think “Create as Wiki” feature should be available for every basic user as it is so useful and only and special user (Like ProKoder’s will be able to edit it) Instead of "Only Advance users can create and any basic user (Like me) is able to edit it…
