I want to convert my website into app using webviewer component and placing a banner ad on screen.
Would my app be approved for admob ads??

Unfortunately, your app is unlikely to be approved to serve ads. Even if it is approved, AdMob may not have many ads to show in an app that has only a Web Viewer.
I suggest you add AdSense ads in your website and remove the AdMob ads from your app. That way, Google will be able to access the metadata of your website and show relevant ads.
