webRTC extention needed ( video call/ live streaming)

WebRTC allows us to communicate between one to one or one to many audio-video communication. is there any developer who can create any extention with webRTC so that we can create some better apps with app inventor platform? there are so many sourch code available on github about it.

You can use jitsi meet completely free.

but we can not make any live streaming apps using this. we need more advance feature so that we can create our dreame project using this platform.
