Webview how to open camera and upload images

good morning, i have a webvier with my php system, i need to uploud and activate the camera. but the kodular does not let you activate the camera by asking for the webwier, does anyone have a solution for this, also I cannot activate the printer via the webvier. thank you all. Good Morning
