please don’t use unnecessary tags , I have removed them. secondly as @Still-learning said tell us in detail what’s the actual problem you are facing

Can you give an example of “unnecessary tags”? My codes are like this.

He means the tags when you create a new topic. Eg. discuss, how to, builder etc.

Have you tried custom web view, and does that I frame code work normally, have you tested it ?

Yes, I tested. It works with custom webview. But Google Play does not accept it.
