Webviwer scrolling shows strange behaviour

I’m developing a basic app with web viewer.

  1. At first, when the app is started, the scrolling doesn’t anyway.

  2. Then the app is minimized
  3. After opening from minimized, the scrolling works as expected.

How to solve this problem ??
