This extension take the latitude and longitude degrees, and returns the region/and time zone name. Over 400 different regions are available.
The analysis is done on the device. No external calls are made.

Instructions
This returns the TimeZone, as a string, based on the lat and long coordinates. Only enter the degrees (first part) of the co-ordinates.
West and South use a - in front.
Sydney would be -34 lat, 151 long.
Mumbai would be 19 lat, 48 long.
Santiago Chile is -33 lat, and -70 long.
