First of all it depends on the Ram of the user mobile device
Secondly,it depends on the Amount of background running App on the users mobile device
A 1 or 2 gb ram phone can stop the App from running in Background
Also, regarding running Ads after leaving App is again Google Admob policy,i can’t aay the same for Facebook ads or other
