When will the servers get back to work?

I’m trying to compile my application and what happens is that the load meter gets stuck on 0.
Smaller projects can be exported (but it doesn’t really help me because I need to update my applications which are large)

I need the servers to get back to work because I was working on a pretty big update (and I also fixed some important bugs) to my application and I want to export it
