Where and to whom can I ask someting on monetization approval process and time?

I requested monetizaiton approval on some app about 8 days ago. But not received approval mail yet.
As a developer, time to market is very important issue. Sometimes it takes longer than 2 weeks.

I have some questions.

  1. Can Kodular give us statistics of average approval time?

  2. If possible, can Kodular give quick approval process to the developers who launched some apps without policy violation?

I want Kodular to give developers some more quick response about approval.
