Why can't I post in the Off Topic category?

Sorry about anything wrong, though in this forum I can’t post in the Off Topic Category. :face_with_monocle:

Is there some restriction on my account or do I need to make a few more topics or have my account be a few more days/weeks old first? :thinking:
