Why does the browser component not make downloads?
When we click on links that have some file or something to download, the browser component does not go down. How can I download from the browser?

It is because it has only some functions of a browser. Just think, Chrome for example occupy more than 100mb on my smartphone. If web viewer had all the functions of a browser, the app would be very heavy.
But depending on your app you can use Chrome Web Tabs instead of webviewer, this component literally open chrome withou leaving your browser.
And there is way to download on a web viewer too, just search for it on Google and you will find a tutorial by Taifun if I am not mistaken.
