Why Getting this error "the blocks area did not load properly"

I got bky file from aia ,but im not familiar with that , is there any editor can show the error highlighted ?

Or can i get byk file from previously downloaded apk file ? So I can identify what are the differences between them , so i can identify easily

Because everything is connected scm, bky, extensions if any, thereby this bky file wont tell me much what is broken…
