We’re investigating a possible issue activating subscriptions which require a verification from the user. We’ll keep this thread posted.
The issue is that, because to activate the subscription your payment method requires manual verification, the subscription is voided before you can verify it.
This should be fixed. We’re adding a few minutes buffer to payments which require manual authentication by the user.
Feel free to try again in 5 minutes or so.
