Unfortunately, we can’t help with this bit of info. If you can’t explain your problem, you can search community. You will find lots of topics about Ads problem that has been solved before.

I took that link from AdMob is launching support for app-ads.txt
So, what the problem it could be? You can’t guess and problem. Solution wants perfection.
