How much money have to offer for this task. Then I’ll see if it’s worth of spending time and learning wordpress and woocommerce in order to implement this.

Nothing less than $400.
Since the solution can be re-used to any woo-commerce store by just changing admin related details such as URLs, Store Name, Logo etc.
Then you re-distribute it to anyone as you wish.
