WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE was not granted

I’m trying to enter WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permissions on a simple application to test external store access.

on 25 Jun 2022 2022-06-25T10:10:00Z the apk export results worked perfectly. after that on 27 jun 2022 2022-06-27T00:04:00Z export the second version, I found the error message WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE was not granted

attention :
there is no change in the application at all, the difference is only in the export date.

Bug on WriteExternalStorage Permission - Not Working

WRITE permission no longer exists on Android 11+ since targetSdkVersion = 30 (Aug 2021). WRITE permission must be declared in the Manifest so that it can be requested on Android < 11. This means a component or extension that requires (requests) this permission must be used. There shouldn’t be any way to grant this permission on Android 11+. So answer which component and/or extension you are using. In any case, however, WRITE is not granted on Android 11+.
