Write the title of the name in the kodular list picker

I want to make a listpicker of names with the title “John, S.Pd” , but the names and titles are separated

[Still-learning (1-2-3-4...)]

If you add the elements into the list picker as CSV row text to list then it will do the same

[dora_paz (Dora)]
