Facebook is a registered trademark so you cannot use it in the name of your app.

If I change the App name and Appeal to Publish then will it be published? Is there any other problem?

Many apps have a name “Video Downloader for Facebook” I Can Use This Type name?

“Facebook Video Download” can mislead people about the app belongs to Facebook itself.

But when you name it as “Video Downloader for Facebook”, people can know the app is built for Facebook so it is not created by Facebook Inc.
